A$500 fine will be charged to the credit card of any renters that smoke inside the houses or the properties. Renters will also be charged for any damaged or missing items from the houses.

Please set up your activities before your stay. Memoriesatthebeach.com has information on activities. My recommendation on restaurants are Criolla's (850-267-1267), Café 30-A (850-231-2166), Chop-stix (850-622-2726), and Cafe Spiazzia (850-231-1291). Also find driving directions and a local map.

Cancellations

Memories at the Beach accepts cancellations strictly at the owners discretion, on a case by case basis.

Liability

House and property conditions will be assessed after renter’s departure, and any Damage, Repair, and or Theft caused during stay of renter will be billed to renter’s credit card.

JPG LLC or owners are not responsible for any accidents involving any persons on our property. JPG LLC or owners will not pay any doctor, hospital or medical bills for any accidental or intentional injury occurring on or around the property.

Payment

The preferred payment method is through our online site, memoriesatthebeach.com. However, other forms of payments may be accepted (such as cashier’s check) at owners discretion on a case by case basis. Please contact Memories at the Beach to setup such arrangements

 Accepted forms of payments through site include the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Reservations may be placed and booked online. Once the renters credit card has been processed, reservation becomes final. The renter will then receive an email with details of purchase.

Memories at the Beach reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime at the owners discretion.

Firearms

No firearms are allowed in or around any of the Memories by the Beach houses. If firearms are found, renter will be asked to leave with no refund.

No Pets

Pets are not allowed within the house, or on the property, for any reason. If pets are brought to the any of the properties, renter will be asked to leave with no refund.

No Smoking-or Illegal substances

Any sign of smoking will result in a $500 fine

No Glass on pool deck

No lifeguard/Please Be Careful

Bring Beach Towels/Plastic cups/Trash Bags

Bring out the trash, trash days are Monday and Thursday

Age of Guests -There must be a number of responsible adults that make up each party.

Number of Guests - 18 or under of "Blue Mt. Place' and 10 or under for "A Cottage by the Sea" 'Any number over will cost $100 per person per night.

Check in is 3:00 pm Check out is 10:00 am

Loud Music - All guests are expected to be good citizens and can be asked to leave with no refund at owners discretion. (This can and will include any form of unsafe behavior)
